Shipping Policy
We offer delivery to all domestic addresses. Courier delivery is $15 and will take approximately 2 business days to be delivered from the date of payment. All orders are tracked and you will be sent a tracking number, a signature is also required upon delivery to ensure all your items arrive safely to you.
Shipping Information
For all domestic orders we will post with tracking and signature through NZ Post.
1. We will first confirm any order placed by you by cross checking availability for the product (due to popularity of products and seasonal demands certain items may not be available due to limited stocks across showrooms; however we can assist with finding a suitable alternative or a refund if this is the case).
2. Your order will then be fulfilled if available and then wrapped up securely in our signature packaging.
3. After dispatched, once your product is with you – please check it has arrived safely and undamaged.
4. If you have any questions or concerns please let us know.
Please allow 2-3 working days for items to be shipped – we will endeavor to ship same day.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
International Shipping
At this stage we are not shipping internationally.
Insurance
In New Zealand, most insurance for jewellery items covers up to $2000. If the total payment is valued for over $2000, we will always reach out to you to discuss the options for your order to be delivered safely to you. Whichever option you choose that you’re happy with, we ensure that you will be sent secure tracking information and a required signature once delivered.
